Walnut + Western Maple Apple Board with Cherry Weave

Walnut, Western Maple and Cherry make this one of the most substantial apples in the collection.

The apple shape comes from a cutting board we received as a wedding present 43 years ago. After all these years, I'm still reimagining that simple shape—this time with Walnut, Western Maple and a woven Cherry detail.

At 1.2 inches thick, this is the thickest of this group of apple boards. The Walnut and Western Maple create the main contrast, while Cherry runs through the composition as the weave.

Care

Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Dry promptly and allow the board to dry completely before storing.

A small tin of our Chefdude Board Butter is included with every board. Apply periodically to help condition and maintain the wood.
